On April 18th, 2023, the signing ceremony for the franchise agreement for the collection and treatment of kitchen waste in Tongliang District, Chongqing was held at Tongliang Tianying Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. Officials attending the ceremony included the director and deputy director of the Tongliang District Urban Management Bureau, the chief financial officer of the bureau, the deputy director of the Environmental Sanitation Office, the vice president of China Tianying, Wang Peng, and the general manager of Tongliang Tianying, Liu Hui.

At the signing ceremony, the representative of the Tongliang District Urban Management Bureau and the authorized representative of Tongliang Tianying, Liu Hui, signed the "Franchise Agreement for the Collection and Treatment of Kitchen Waste in Tongliang District, Chongqing" and the "Service Agreement for the Collection and Treatment of Kitchen Waste in Tongliang District, Chongqing". This signing marks a deeper strategic cooperation between Tongliang Tianying and the Tongliang District Urban Management Bureau. The leaders of the district urban management bureau stated that they will fully support and closely cooperate with Tongliang Tianying to accelerate the construction of the project and bring a high-quality project to Tongliang District as soon as possible. During the franchise period, Tongliang Tianying will provide continuous, safe, and stable kitchen waste harmless disposal services, effectively solving the current problem of difficult harmless disposal of kitchen waste in Tongliang District, and further achieving scientific, standardized, and harmless treatment of kitchen waste in Tongliang District.

The commissioning of the Tongliang District kitchen waste collection and treatment project will bring positive impetus to local garbage classification and treatment in Tongliang District, and make due contributions to the ecological civilization construction and sustainable development of Tongliang District.
