On 6th May 2024, Business France held a round table on "China Business Forum" in the conference hall of the French Ministry of Finance. Mr Herman Sioen, General Manager of EUTY, a subsidiary of CNTY, was invited as an industrial representative and delivered a keynote speech on "Prospects of French industry in China, A Most Promising Market".

The forum was opened by Franck Riester, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade of under the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Yu Yuantang, Director General of the European Department of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. In his speech, Mr. Sioen introduced the opportunities and challenges faced by CNTY in entering the European market in the context of carbon neutrality. He showed in detail the innovative solutions put forward by CNTY for promoting sustainable development and increasing resource utilization. Based on CNTY’s experience, he offered suggestions for Chinese enterprises to establish global partnerships and serve the environment industry.

The forum is part of President Xi Jinping's third state visit to France, and one of the important activities within the framework of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. The forum was attended by more than 300 representatives of renowned companies from China and France.
